I begin a lot of sentences with ‘so’.
So I just emptied the rubbish, cleaned up the cats eating and shitting area, washed and changed my sheets……going to tidy up my room a bit shortly and then do some reading for work/study.

Productive Saturday is productive.
Today is going to be awesome
So I went to get maccas breakfast and in the line next to me was a girl of about 3 years old. I smiled at her and she grabbed onto her dad’s leg and hid her face, all embarrassed. She looked back at me and I smiled at her again.
This time she ran infront of her dad and violently hid her face….in his crotch. Headbutting him in the balls, causing visible pain.
So it looks like I’m going to be doing a Masters of Criminology next year. And my thesis is going to be along the lines of the impact of DNA on court outcomes.
So far it doesnt look like anyone in NSW has done that study before…….HALP!

MCA Has Cancer :(
THE Beastie Boys have delayed their upcoming tour and album release after founding member Adam Yauch was diagnosed with cancer.
In a video message posted on the band’s website, Yauch, better known by his stage name MCA, told fans he was to undergo an operation next week after being diagnosed with cancer in a salivary gland.
The 44-year-old musician, who appeared alongside fellow member Adam Horowitz, said he had noticed a “little lump” in his throat around two months ago which he recently reported to his doctor.
“He sent me to a specialist and they did tests and I actually have a form of cancer in the parotid gland and a lymph node,” Yauch said.
“I am going to have to have surgery next week and then after that have some radiation localised in that area.”
Yauch said the cancer had been detected early and he was expected to recover from what he described as a “pain in the ass”.
“The good news is that they did scans in my body and it’s only localised in that one area, not in a place that affects my voice,” he said.
“It’s a little bit of a setback. It’s a pain in the ass but it’s something that’s very treatable and in most cases they’re able to get rid of it completely.”
The Beastie Boys had been due to release their album Hot Sauce Committee Part 1 on September 15.
The band had also scheduled seven concerts across the US and Canada from July 31.

Depending on how you look at it, Courtney Love’s decision to release her long-overdue album Nobody’s Daughter as Hole was either PR genius or a desperate headline-grab. Either way, Hole co-founding member Eric Erlandson isn’t going to let it happen so easily.
In an interview with Spin magazine, Erlandson challenged his former bandmate. “There is no Hole without me,” he said. “If [Love] has a solo album together, I think that’s great. But as for the real Hole? I’m open to discussions.”
It didn’t take long for Love to fashion a retort, which she delivered in typically crazed fashion via Twitter. “Uh I just hear that a former guitar player is saying I can’t use my name for MY band, he’s out of his MIND,” she ranted. “Hole is MY Band, MY name and MY Tradmark.”
